With over 17 years of success in the real estate business, Heather Purucker Bretzlaff still measures her achievements from a very personal angle “If my clients are referring others, I have earned their respect and confidence as a real estate professional.”
Heather’s vast wealth of knowledge through real estate sales, custom home building/design and on-site development sales has contributed to a significant amount of her success. In addition to holding her Florida real estate license, she is also a Florida State Certified General Contractor. She is able to guide her clients through the buying and selling process seamlessly due to her varied background and experiences she has built on throughout the years.
Heather’s love for the industry began at a very young age when her father started a reputable custom home building company in 1983; an award winning company that is very well established in the Palm Beaches today.
Heather began her career working for large developers as a top producing on-site sales agent. Broadening her career, she then went to work alongside her father in 1997 selling custom homes in the luxury home market. She eventually became Vice President of G.W. Purucker Homes/Purucker & Marrano Custom Homes in 2003. She was responsible for selling, marketing and all aspects of the home building business in many of South Florida’s most prestigious country club and waterfront communities such as The Loxahatchee Club, Old Marsh Golf Club, BallenIsles Country Club, Lost Tree Village and Old Palm Golf Club.
Following her success in home building, Heather made the transition as a sales agent in December 2010 to Fite Shavell and Associates. Her first year, she was recognized as one of the top five producers in the company. Since then, she has remained a top five producer and has played a significant role in the company’s growth to the luxury home market in the North Palm Beach area; leading the sales as #1 in the company.
Heather has been a resident of the Palm Beaches since 1982 and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She currently resides in Jupiter with her husband and business partner, former PGA golf professional, Craig Bretzlaff. When she and Craig are not selling real estate, they are spending time with their two children, Grant and Jaxson.
Actively involved in the community, she is a part of several affiliations and volunteer organizations as well as an active member at The Dye Preserve and Old Marsh Golf Club.
